Talent management has been recognized as an interdisciplinary field of research and practice that support strategic and/or global human resource management. The literature review on talent management and the critical review of relevant global surveys (of McKinsey in 2018 and Deloitte in 2020) developed in this field have proved the interest of exploring cultural influence on talent management activities. Started from these points, this article aims to highlight the influence of organizational culture plays to the complex and emerging field of talent management. The research is based on the qualitative evaluation which have underlined that organizational culture has a highly essential effect on managing talents, and that it is not enough to identify, retain, develop talented employees but also it is important to develop and nurture organizational culture that supports the development of talented employees. Thus, talent management provides a way to focus and facilitate its tools, which has started to install a talent mindset in the culture of an organization, with focusing on employee’s engagement to develop a framework for streamlining the talent management process. This study concluded that organizational cultures that have a strong strategic vision and a strong focus on ethical high-performance behavior, have a strong effect on talent attraction and retention, are highly commitment to employees’ career development and have a very strong motivating work system.
