Risk Model for the Measurement of the Enterprise’s Security Condition

This study focuses on theoretical and practical aspects (elements of best practice) that indicate the possibility of developing and applying a risk model for the measurement of safety performance. Achieving the intended goal required solving the following issues: developing a model to measure the usefulness of the risk management system, distinguishing significant quantities describing its utility attributes, determining the method of measuring utility attributes.
